For an owner with limited technical time, setup help can be valuable. Ask whether it includes your real questions, staff training and a clear way to stop the automation.
Do not guess at the daily limit.
The homepage describes 25 new contacts and 150 messages daily per line. The pricing glossary describes 50 new conversations. Those numbers do not give us one confirmed allowance. Public hardware and setup-time descriptions also differ, so have the provider resolve the details for your order.
Keep someone in charge of the answers.
An automated reply should know when to involve a person. In a trial, use a question about an unusual request or a changed appointment and inspect the handoff.
