Texting Blue lets a team share a web dashboard around an existing iPhone number. Lite is $19 per number a month with unlimited team members, up to 100 messages daily, basic text messaging, API access and webhooks. The larger Standard and Business tiers are marked coming soon.

The homepage’s integration grid and FAQ disagree about the availability of Shopify, Zapier and Make. Before buying around one of them, ask for current setup instructions and a demonstration. Also confirm what happens when the connected iPhone is unavailable.

If your team mainly sends short written answers, Lite may be worth investigating.
