A managed messaging option whose extra-line price differs from the cost of getting started.

Our take. Sendara deserves a look when a business already relies on a CRM. Check the work your staff will actually do inside it.

Published plan: $249/month first line; $149 each additional

The cost of opening the account

Sendara publishes $249 monthly for the first line, $149 for each additional line and a $99 setup fee. A custom area code and FaceTime calling have separate prices. For one line, the displayed base charges make the first month $348 before options or other applicable charges. Do not use the additional-line price as the cost of starting.

Bring an ordinary customer conversation

The provider markets CRM connections, API access, webhooks and iMessage with RCS/SMS fallback. Those features could fit a business that already has organized customer records. Ask the salesperson to show a new inquiry, a colleague’s reply and an appointment change in your actual CRM.

Have the staff member who answers most messages attend. A connector is only useful if that person can find the customer, understand the history and finish the task without copying information between windows.

Our owner’s note

Choose this for a demonstrated workflow and a clear support arrangement. Treat the website’s reply-rate and revenue examples as provider marketing, not a forecast for your business.

Request the new-contact allowance, setup scope and cancellation terms in writing. Include the time needed to configure your CRM in the decision; paying for a managed line does not establish who maintains every connected automation.
