Our take. Worth comparing when a shared phone system is the real purchase.

Published plan: Starter $19/user/month, or $15 billed annually

The channel is different.

Quo’s reviewed plans focus on calling and SMS, not native iMessage. That may be perfectly acceptable if your main problem is missed calls or customer messages trapped on one person’s phone. Its published features include shared numbers, call and text history, and API access.

Count everyone who needs access.

Starter is $19 per user a month on monthly billing, or $15 on annual billing. Business is $33 monthly or $23 annually. A per-person plan can look very different from a per-line plan once you include the whole team. Carrier registration and automated texting can add charges, so request the complete estimate.

Try a normal working day.

Have one teammate miss a call, another send a text response and the first person return to the conversation. Check whether the history is clear and whether the required features are in your chosen plan. We include Quo as a business-phone alternative so you can make that operational comparison without assuming it sends iMessages.
