Our take. The monthly software price is only part of the decision.

Published plan: iMessage: $29/line/month for 1–10 lines

Your devices do some of the work.

myCRMSIM connects customer-owned devices and SIMs to CRM messaging. The iMessage requirements list an iPhone, SIM and Mac. That is important if you were expecting a service that supplies and maintains everything. Someone in the business will need to look after the equipment.

The published license.

For one to ten lines, iMessage software is $29 per line monthly, or $290 per line for a year. Hardware and carrier service are separate. The iMessage table lists 50 unique contacts daily; confirm how that count applies to your setup and planned use.

Ask about the day it disconnects.

Find out how you are told a device is offline, what happens to messages waiting to send and who helps you recover. If you already operate suitable equipment and want that control, the model may fit. If you want a provider to own device maintenance, compare the whole operating cost with a managed line rather than the license fee alone.
