Notes for the business owner
iBluSend for business: the hardware is part of the decision
A bring-your-own-device service with a low entry tier and separate API access.
Good Company is published by the team behind Miss Blue. Read our editorial promise.
Published plan: Solo $39/month; API on Starter $79/month
What the entry plan includes
iBluSend lists Solo at $39 per month for one iMessage line with CRM features. API access begins on Starter at $79, which lists two iMessage lines, Android SMS devices and an event allowance. If your booking system needs a custom API connection, Solo is not the plan to budget against.
Your equipment still needs looking after
The service asks you to supply the Mac, iPhone and carrier arrangement. Its recommendations include an M1-or-newer Mac with 16 GB of memory and an iPhone 11 or newer. Check the current compatibility requirements before buying used equipment.
Name someone to manage charging, connectivity, updates and account access. Ask what happens if the Mac restarts while the owner is away, and how staff discover an interrupted connection. Hardware ownership can offer control, but also creates a daily responsibility.
A sensible next step
Have iBluSend demonstrate your exact CRM and account arrangement. Its HighLevel requirements distinguish an account you control from a subaccount under another agency, so the same integration label may hide an important eligibility difference.
This is a stronger shortlist candidate when you can support the equipment and value keeping your existing setup. A business that wants another company to manage the whole line should compare that service separately, including the time it would save.
